In his creations, Chef Gaurav takes pride in featuring various taste and texture combinations by using an assortment of seasonal fruits, tea, and herbs, fine ingredients which bring out the best of all flavors “3d cakes” to his signature “Nutty pleasure”, these tempting delights feature a blend of ingredients such as grand cru chocolates, anjou pear, Meyer lemon, and even rosemary with black tea.
