Nestled within Parisian palaces, sunny terraces in the south of France, and rooftop bars with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, Marriott Bonvoy invites food lovers and epicureans to discover its selection of the most beautiful terraces in France.


Prince de Galles, a Luxury Collection hotel, Paris, and its patio of wonders

The Hotel Prince de Galles presents its patio of wonders: a whimsical and floral journey in the heart of Paris. Inspired by the beauty of nature at the dawn of summer, the teams offer a floral and magical universe. Colorful sculptures, wildflowers, and wonders provide Parisians and passing travelers the opportunity to escape while enjoying a unique culinary experience created by the teams at Bar 19.20. On the menu, a selection of dishes inspired by flowers and wonders from an enchanted garden invite you to embark on a journey. Food enthusiasts can enjoy an eclectic menu created by Chef des Cuisines Gérald Poirier, featuring various choices of tapas to share, fresh starters including delicious heirloom tomatoes accompanied by black olive soil and sorghum. As for the main courses, culinary marvels showcase the finest local products: stuffed round courgettes from Nice seasoned with herbs and roots, lobster bouillabaisse with tarragon and saffron, organic pasta made in Seine et Marne from local wheat. And to finish, Chef Pâtissière Hélène Kerloeguen offers a range of delicate desserts: orange blossom, rhubarb, and pistachio; jasmine flower, strawberry, and yogurt; lime and chamomile, raspberries and meringue, as well as cherry blossom, chocolate, and griottine.

Renaissance Paris République Hotel and the terrace of the Martin restaurant

Located in the heart of the vibrant Canal Saint-Martin district, the spacious terrace measuring 300m2 is the charming asset of the Renaissance République. It is mainly dominated by nature, creating an urban jungle sheltered from prying eyes. To add an even more pleasant ambiance, the terrace is decorated with colorful pieces that joyfully contrast with the large green walls. At Martin, Chef Mélissa Ravel honors local circuits and seasonal products, sourced from the best producers in Paris, Île-de-France, and our regions. Her menu focuses on fresh and flavorful offerings, such as the tomato variation: zebra, pineapple, beef heart, mustard seed pickles, and purple basil as an appetizer, and a cod fillet, white peach, elderflower raita, cranberry coulis, homemade squid ink gnocchi as a main course. At the bar, mixologist Antoine Perro creates a cocktail menu emphasizing freshness, such as the Banzaï, composed of green Chartreuse, Maraschino liqueur, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto liqueur, Peter Heering Cherry liqueur, Tabasco, and lime.

Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6pm to 10pm, the "Summer set of Martin" enlivens the capital with a program featuring DJ sets, cocktails, and tapas.


Renaissance Paris Arc de Triomphe Hotel and the terrace of Solis

Located just a few steps from the Arc de Triomphe, the Solis restaurant at the Renaissance Paris Arc de Triomphe offers a true Mediterranean getaway in the heart of Paris. Le Méridien Nice, located on the iconic Promenade des Anglais, just steps away from the old town of Nice, unveils a new culinary concept, Peska by La Terrasse. Situated on the rooftop of the hotel, with a captivating view of the Bay of Angels and the Mediterranean Sea, Peska by La Terrasse embodies the spirit of the French Riviera with menus inspired by the sea and regional produce. This dining concept was created by Chef Eric Brujan, who has always been passionate about quality ingredients, especially those sourced from the ocean. As a taste champion, he combines his love for local produce and Provençal flavors with international and Asian influences to create authentic and balanced cuisine. Among the signature dishes are Cannes Bay sea bass ceviche with lime and coconut water, mango, and avocado; Saint-Raphaël octopus with fried baby artichokes and citrus-infused thin slices of Menton asparagus; fish of the day, stuffed zucchini flowers with Southern vegetables, Giol mussels, and fried chickpea panisse; and lavender honey fondant on a shortbread base with raspberry sorbet.


Renaissance Bordeaux Hotel and the Gina

Located 35 meters high at the Renaissance Bordeaux Hotel, the Gina offers a stunning view of the Aquitaine Bridge, the Cité du Vin, and the Chaban Delmas Bridge.
