Join me as I will let into the secret of the best tiramisu you will ever make - La Spiga style. No fuzz, no complications. Just pure deliciousness and flavor. And the best part - it won't take more than 15 minutes. 


  • 6 whole eggs 
  • 6  tablespoons of sugar
  • 24 pieces of Savoyardi biscuits 
  • 454 grams of Mascarpone cheese
  • ½ liter of strong Espresso (room temperature)
  • Cocoa Powder to garnish


In the serving bowl, put 50g of Mascarpone cream. Soak 3 pieces of biscuit in Espresso and arrange inside the bowl. Cover it with the remaining Mascarpone cream. Store in the refrigerator overnight before serving. Dust with enough cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate decoration.
