On the first Sunday of a month the leading chefs of The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin invite to a lavish and extravagant Champagne Brunch with favorites such as poached Canadian lobster and tempting truffle pasta from the Parmesan loaf, all paired with finest Louis Roederer Champagne.
