Throughout September and October, eCHo Restaurant celebrates the wild game season with a selection of seasonal specialties. Discover carefully crafted dishes ranging from hearty venison stew to venison loin, carved tableside for a memorable dining experience. Accompanied by autumn favourites such as porcini mushrooms, chestnuts, braised red cabbage and cranberries, each dish showcases the authentic flavours of the season.
