• A local favorite - Mohalabiya Dessert

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 175 grams of sugar
  • 50 grams of corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon of rose water
  • 1 tablespoon of Vanilla
  • Ground Pistachio
  • Cherry to garnish 

PREPARATION

Mix the milk with sugar until it boils. Once you bring it to boil, mix in the corn flour until fully dissolved. Mix it well until it hardens, then add the rose water and the vanilla. Remove the mixture from the heat and leave it room temperature for about 20 to 30 minutes before placing it in the refrigerator. Once fully cooled, garnish it with pistachio and a cherry on top.
