Learn how to prepare the infamous Beef Carpaccio from Hunters Room and Grill.

Ingredients for the Beef Carpaccio
80 gm of Beef Tenderloin
2 gm of Maldon Salt
1 gm of Black Pepper
10 gm of Figs Mustard
50 gm of Green Salad
20 gm of Chipotle Aioli
5 gm of Parmesan Cheese
1 ml of Truffle Oil

Preparation for the Beef Carpaccio
Slice 80 gr of beef tenderloin in medallion. Using a hammer and a circular mold, tenderize the meat until it gets the shape and thickness required. Season the meat with salt and pepper, then brush it with figs mustard and place it on the plate. Grate the parmesan cheese on the edges of the meat. Mix the Green Salad (lettuce, rocket leaves, cherry tomatoes and slices of bell peppers) with salt, pepper and lemon dressing. Arrange the Green Salad and drizzle some drops of truffle oil. Lastly add some Chipotle Aioli around the plate.

Ingredients for the Chipotle Aioli
100 gm of Mayonnaise
30 gm of Chipotle Paste
20 gm of Honey
10 gm of Lemon Juice
3 gm of Salt

Preparation for the Chipotle Aioli
Use two bowls, one filled with ice and on top of it another bowl to mix all the ingredients.
