Ingredients

375 gm all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

12 gm baking powder

190 gm white sugar

4 large eggs

190 ml warm milk

190 gm butter, melted

10 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step
In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar; set aside.
In the meantime preheat the waffle iron to the desired temperature.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the milk and vanilla. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture; beat until blended and then gradually pour melted butter and mix.
Step 3
Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron. Cook the waffles until they’re golden and crisp and serve whilst they’re still warm.
