• Grilled Halloumi Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
  • Halloumi Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Avocado
  • Guacamole
  • Tortilla Wrap
  • Tapenade Olives
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Pickled Cucumbers
  • Cocktail Sauce
  • Garlic
  • Anchovies
  • Olive Oil

PREPARATION

For the grilled Halloumi 

Cut the cheese into slices. Then put it on the flat grill until it turns brown on both sides.

For Tapenade Olives 

Put the olives in the blender along with garlic, Parmesan cheese, anchovies and olive oil. Then blend all ingredients together.

For the bread 

Spread the guacamole and olive paste on the tortilla wrap. Arrange the sliced tomato, pickled cucumbers and lettuce on top. Cut the avocado by dividing it in half. Remove the flesh into a small bowl, then mash it. Place the grilled Halloumi cheese on top and add the desired amount of Cocktail Sauce. Roll the tortilla wrap tightly, then grill until it has the desired crispiness. Serve with French fries or a side salad.
