August 6, 2026 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm Once every quarter, Bar Manager Royden Cooper invites guests to an interactive Cocktail Class at CHRONOBAR — an experience for everyone who wants to not only enjoy modern bar culture, but truly understand and take part in it. At the heart of the class are the Timely Sips: signature cocktails with character. Discover the stories behind each creation, explore carefully selected ingredients, and learn professional mixing techniques. Gain insights into how flavors harmonize, pick up tips and tricks from Berlin’s bar scene, and create your very own signature cocktail by the end of the session. The cocktail experience is accompanied by a thoughtfully curated selection of cold finger food, including beef fillet tartare on grilled bread, a classic prawn cocktail served in brioche, and a vegan bruschetta with Taggiasca olives. The offering is rounded off with a premium cheese and charcuterie board, served with bread, whipped butter, three different dips, and a fine selection of desserts.
