The Morimoto Brunch is available every Friday from 12:30pm to 4pm, with three packages: standard - AED 350, premium - AED 499 and exclusive - AED 650.


Shoka Teppanyaki

Celebrate the season of summer with Shoka Teppanyaki, an exclusive live teppanyaki experience with a brand new menu.

For 450 AED per person, enjoy an evening curated to bring you a taste of Chef Morimoto's signature teppanyaki techniques, showcased in front of you by our skilled Japanese chefs. With a total of 8 courses, the menu comprises of chilled pudding with soy bean and japanese sea urchin, wagyu tataki with scallion salsa and daikon, taraba-gani with Japanese fruit tomato, caviar and gold, dobin-mushi with pike eel, mitsuba and sudachi, tenshino-ebi with garlic xo sauce, Japanese Rossini with maitake, foie gras and spinach, truffle fried rice and Australian winter truffle, finished off with a summer crepe and fresh yuzu cream.
